and (2) Proposed Withdrawal of Listing of the Company (“Curent Corporate Comunications”)
The Curent Corporate Comunications of the Company, in both English and Chinese, are available on the website of the Company at htp:/w.bphl.com.hk
and the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”) at w.hkexnews.hk. You may aces the Curent Corporate
Comunications by clicking on the “Investor Relations” section of the Company’s website or by searching under “Listed Company Information” on the Stock
Exchange’s website.
If you wish to receive a printed version of the Curent Corporate Comunications, please complete and sign the Request Form on the reverse side and return it to
the Company c/o the Company’s Hong Kong Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong
