KFM Kingdom Holdings Limited (the “Company”) hereby notifies you that the Curent Corporate Comunication, in both English and Chinese versions, is

available on the Company’s website at w.kingdom.com.hk and the HKEXnews’ website at w.hkexnews.hk. You may aces the Curent Corporate

Comunications by either (i) clicking “Investor Relations” on the home page of the Company’s website, then selecting the relevant document under

“Anouncement & Circular”; or (i) browsing through the HKEXnews’ website.

If you would like to receive the Curent Corporate Comunication and al future Corporate Comunications

in printed form, please complete the enclosed

request form (the “Request Form”) and sign and return it by mail or by hand to the Company c/o the Hong Kong branch share registrar and transfer ofice of

the Company (the “Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar”), Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. If

you post the Request Form in Hong Kong, you may use the frepost mailing label provided when returning the Request Form to the Company. If you are

mailing the Request Form from overseas, please afix an apropriate stamp. You may also send email with a scaned copy of the duly completed and signed

Request Form to 3816-ecom@vistra.com.

Please note that printed copies of the English and Chinese versions of al future Corporate Comunications wil be available from the Hong Kong Branch Share

Registrar on request. They wil also be available on the Company’s website at w.kingdom.com.hk and the HKEXnews’ website at w.hkexnews.hk.
