根据香港联合交易所有限公司（「联交所」）证券上市规则，联合集团有限公司（「本公司」）特此致函阁下就本公司日

后刊发之公司通讯（「公司通讯」）之收取方式及语言版本作出选择。

公司通讯指本公司刊发或将予刊发以供其任何证券持有人参照或采取行动之任何文件，其中包括但不限于：（a）董事会报

告、年度财务报表连同核数师报告以及（如适用）财务摘要报告；（b）中期报告及（如适用）中期摘要报告；（c）会议通

告；（d）上市文件；（e）通函；及（f）代表委任表格。

阁下可选择以下其中一种方式：

以邮递或电邮方式收取有关已在本公司网站登载的公司通讯之书面通知；或

Actionable Corporate Comunication(s) means any corporate comunication from the Company that seks instructions from Shareholders on how they wish to exercise their rights or make an election as the Shareholders.

可供采取行动的公司通讯指本公司寻求股东指示后就作为股东如何行使其权利或选择而发出之任何公司通讯。
