The English and Chinese versions of Curent Corporate Comunications of Sa Sa International Holdings Limited (“Company”)
is available on the Company’s website at htp:/corp.sasa.com and the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (“HKEx”)’s
website at htp:/w.hkexnews.hk. You may now aces the Curent Corporate Comunications by clicking “Financial Report”
and “Anouncement and Circular” under “Investor Relations” on the home page of the Company’s website.
For future Corporate Comunications

, a notice of publication of the electronic version of Corporate Comunications, in
both English and Chinese, wil be sent by the Company to you by email or by post on the publication date of the Corporate
Comunications. In suport of electronic comunication by email, the Company recomends you to provide your bank, broker,
custodian, nomines or CAS participant with your email adres at any time in future.
If you wish to receive the Curent Corporate Comunications and al future Corporate Comunications
(Note 2)
in printed form,
please complete, sign and return the Request Form overleaf to Tricor Investor Services Limited (“Tricor”), the Company’s
branch share registrar and transfer ofice in Hong Kong, by using the mailing label at the botom of the Request Form (no
postage stamp is required if posted in Hong Kong; otherwise, please afix apropriate stamps), or by delivering it to 17/F, Far
East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. The scaned copy of the duly completed and signed Request Form may
also be returned to Tricor by email at sasa-ecom@vistra.com. The Request Form may be downloaded from the Company’s and
HKEx’s websites.
Please note that by completing and returning the Request Form for the printed version of the Curent Corporate Comunications,
you wil be taken to have expresly indicated that you prefer receiving al future Corporate Comunications of the Company in
printed version and in the language(s) selected.
