EC Healthcare (the “Company”)
Notice of Publication of Anual Report, Circular & Proxy Form (“Curent Corporate Comunications”)
The English and Chinese versions of the Company’s Curent Corporate Comunications are available on the Company’s website at
w.echealthcare.com and the HKEXnews website at w.hkexnews.hk.
If you have elected to receive the Company’s Corporate Comunications in printed form, the Curent Corporate Comunications
of the Company is enclosed in the maner you have expresly chosen to receive. Please note that al instructions to receive printed
Corporate Comunications shal remain valid for one year starting from the date of receipt of your instruction.
If you wish to receive electronic notifications from the Company on the availability of Corporate Comunications on the Company’s
website in the future, you may provide a valid email adres to us by completing the Provision of Email Adres Form on the
reverse side and return it to the Company’s Hong Kong Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (“Vistra”), at 17/F, Far
East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong or by email at 2138-ecom@vistra.com.
It is the responsibility of the shareholder to provide an email adres that is functional. If the Company does not receive a functional
email adres from you, you wil be unable to receive any notification regarding the publication of Corporate Comunications. The
Company wil be considered to have complied with the Listing Rules if it sends Actionable Corporate Comunications to the email
adres provided by you without receiving any “non-delivery mesage”.
We encourage you to aces Corporate Comunications of the Company in electronic form on the Company’s website. If you wish
to receive printed copies of Corporate Comunications in the future, you may refer to the relevant procedures stated on the
Company’s website. The Company wil promptly upon your request send the requested Corporate Comunications to you fre of
charge.
Should you have any queries relating to any of the above maters, please cal Vistra’s telephone hotline at (852) 2980 1333 during
busines hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays or send an email to 2138-ecom@vistra.com.
Note: Corporate Comunications include but are not limited to (a) the directors’ report, its anual acounts together with a copy of the auditors’ report
and, where aplicable, its sumary financial report; (b) the interim report and, where aplicable, sumary interim report; (c) a notice of meting;
(d) a listing document; (e) a circular; (f) a reply slip and (g) a proxy form. Actionable Corporate Comunications refer to any corporate
comunications that sek instructions from the shareholders of the Company on how they wish to exercise their rights or make elections as the
Company’s shareholders.
