Fairwod Holdings Limited (the “Company”)
- /2025, Circular, Notice of Anual General Meting and Proxy Form (the “Curent Corporate
Comunications”) and Environmental, Social and Governance Report 2024/2025 (the “ESG Report”)
English and Chinese versions of the Company’s Curent Corporate Comunications are available on the Company’s website at w.fairwodholdings.com.hk
(the “Company’s website”) and the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited at w.hkexnews.hk (the “HKEXnews website”). If you have
selected to receive the Corporate Comunications
(Note)
in printed version, enclosed are the Curent Corporate Comunications.
English and Chinese versions of the ESG Report are published in electronic form only under the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website and on
the HKEXnews website.
To ensure timely receipt of the latest Corporate Comunications (including Actionable Corporate Comunications
(Note)
) by email, the Company recomends you to
provide your email adres by scaning your personalized QR code printed on the enclosed reply form (the “Reply Form”). Alternatively, you may sign and return
the Reply Form to the Company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (the “Branch Share Registrar”) at 17M
Flor, Hopewel Centre, 183 Quen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
If the Company does not receive a functional email adres in your reply, until such time that the functional email adres is provided to the Branch Share
Registrar, you may (i) be unable to receive any notifications regarding the publication of Corporate Comunications; (i) ned to proactively check the
Company’s website and the HKEXnews website to kep up with the publication of Corporate Comunications; and (i) the Company wil send the
Actionable Corporate Comunications in printed version in the future.
If you want to receive future Corporate Comunications in printed version, please complete the enclosed Reply Form and send it to the Branch Share Registrar or
send your request (specifying your name, adres and request) by email at fairwodholdings.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Please note that such instruction shal
be valid for one year starting from the receipt date of your instruction and wil expire thereafter.
