The Curent Corporate Comunication of Fulum Group, in both English and Chinese versions, is available on the website of Fulum
Group at w.fulumgroup.com. You may aces the Curent Corporate Comunication by clicking “Financial Reports” under “Investor
Relations” section of the website of Fulum Group.
If you wish to receive a printed version of the Curent Corporate Comunication, please complete the Request Form on the reverse
side and return it to Fulum Group’s branch share registrar in Hong Kong, Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance
Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong by post using the mailing label (for pre-paid postage in Hong Kong) at the botom of the
Request Form.
Please note that by completing and returning the Request Form to request for the printed version of the Curent Corporate
Comunication, you wil expresly indicate that your instruction to receive printed version wil aply to al future Corporate
Comunications

of Fulum Group to be sent to you until you notify Fulum Group’s branch share registrar in Hong Kong to the
contrary or you cease to hold any shares of Fulum Group.

your instructions as stated in this Request Form (the “Purposes”). If you fail to suply suficient information, the Company may not
be able to proces your instructions. The Company may disclose or transfer the Personal Data to its subsidiaries, its share registrar
and/or third party service provider who provides administrative, computer and other services to the Company for use in conection
with the Purposes and to such parties who are authorised by law to request the information or are otherwise relevant for the Purposes
and ned to receive the information. The Personal Data wil be retained for such period as may be necesary to fulfil the Purposes
(including for verification and record purposes). Request for aces to and/or corection of the Personal Data can be made in
acordance with the provisions of the PDPO and any such request should be in writing and sent to the Data Privacy Oficer of Tricor
