2. If the Company does not receive this Reply Form duly completed and signed by you or a response indicating an objection from you by 29 August 2025, you wil
be demed to have consented to receiving the Website Version instead of receiving printed copies. A notification of the publication of the relevant Corporate
Comunications on the Company’s website wil be sent to you either by e-mail or by post in the future. Al future Corporate Comunications wil be sent out in
the maner as set out in the Company’s leter dated 29 July 2025.
倘若本公司于2025年8月29日或之前仍未收到 阁下已填妥并签署的回条或表示反对的回复， 阁下将被视为已同意收取网上版本以代替收取印
刷本。 阁下日后将以电邮或邮递方式获发本公司网站刊载相关公司通讯的通知。本公司将按日期为2025年7月29日之本公司函件所述之方式向

3. You are entitled at any time to change your elected means of receipt and language of the Corporate Comunications by providing prior notice of at least seven days
in writing to the branch share registrar of the Company in Hong Kong, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or by e-mail to itcproperties-ecom@vistra.com.
阁下有权随时发出最少七天的书面通知，送交本公司于香港之股份登记分处卓佳证券登记有限公司或电邮至itcproperties-ecom@vistra.com，以更改
阁下已选择之收取公司通讯的方式及语文版本。
4. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company does not acept any special instructions writen on this Reply Form.

Purposes and to such parties who are authorised by law to request the information or are otherwise relevant for the Purposes and ned to receive the information. Your
e-mail adres and telephone number wil be retained for such period as may be necesary to fulfil the Purposes. Request for aces to and/or corection of the relevant
personal data can be made in acordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and any such request should be in writing by mail to the privacy
