1. Reference is made to the anouncements of Agricultural Bank of China Limited dated 28 March 2025 and 27 June 2025, with respect to (i) the distribution of Final Dividend of Renminbi 1.255 per 10 shares (tax inclusive) in cash for

the year ended 31 December 2024; (i) the RMB dividends curency option provided to the holders of H shares, and the holders of H shares have the right to elect to receive Final Dividend for H shares entirely in RMB or HKD (partial

election of curency option is only aplicable to HKSC Nomines Limited); and (i) the curency exchange rate betwen Renminbi and Hong Kong dolars, i.e. the central parity of the RMB against HKD as anounced by the People’s

Bank of China on the date of the 2024 anual general meting of the Bank (27 June 2025), which is 1 Hong Kong dolar equivalent to RMB 0.91250.

兹提述中国农业银行股份有限公司日期为2025年3月28日和日期为2025年6月27日之公告，内容有关(i)派发每10股现金人民币1.255元（含税）的截至2024年12月31日止年度之末期股息，(i)为H股东提

供人民币派息币种选择权，H股东有权选择全部（香港中央结算（代理人）有限公司可选择全部或部分）以人民币或港币收取H股末期股息，及(i)人民币与港币的兑换牌价，即为本行2024年度股东大会召开日

（2025年6月27日）中国人民银行公布的人民币兑换港币的汇率中间价，1港币兑人民币0.91250元。

2. If you are minded to elect to receive the 2024 Final Dividend in Renminbi, you should note that (i) you should ensure that you have an apropriate bank acount to which the Renminbi cheques for dividend can be presented for payment;

and (i) there is no asurance that Renminbi cheques can be cleared without material handling charges or delay in Hong Kong or that Renminbi cheques wil be honored for payment upon presentation outside Hong Kong.

倘 阁下拟选择以人民币收取二零二四年末期股息，阁下须注意：(i)请确保 阁下拥有适当的银行账户以使收取股息的人民币支票可兑现；及(i)概不保证人民币支票在香港结算并无重大手续费或不会有所延误，或人民

币支票能够于香港境外兑现时过户。

3. If this form is not received by Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 5 August 2025, you wil receive your 2024 Final Dividend in Hong Kong dolars.

倘本表格未能于2025年8月5日（星期二）下午4时30分前送达香港中央证券登记有限公司，则 阁下将会以港币收取二零二四年末期股息。
