1. References are made to the announcements of Home Control International Limited (the “Company”) dated 28 March 2025 and 20 June 2025 and the circular of the Company dated 16 April 2025, respectively with
respect to (a) the payment of final dividend of US0.25 cents per share for the year ended 31 December 2024 (“2024 Final Dividend”); and (b) the option given to the shareholders to elect to receive all (but not part,
save in the case of HKSCC Nominees Limited, which may make partial election) of the 2024 Final Dividend in United States dollars (“US$”) or Hong Kong dollars (“HK$”) at the exchange rate of US$1.0:HK$7.72.
兹提述Home Control International Limited（「本公司」）分别于2025年3月28日及2025年6月20日的公告及于2025年4月16日的通函，内容有关(a)派付截至2024年12月31日止年度的末期股
息（「2024年度末期股息」）每股0.25美仙；及(b)给予股东以美元（「美元」）或港元（「港元」）收取全部（惟非部分，惟香港中央结算（代理人）有限公司可作出部分选择除外）股息的选择权，
汇率为美元1.0元兑港元7.72元。
2. This is the Dividend Currency Election Form referred to in the announcement of the Company dated 28 March 2025 and the circular of the Company dated 16 April 2025 set out above.
此乃上文所述本公司2025年3月28日的公告及本公司2025年4月16日的通函所指的股息货币选择表格。
3. If you elect to receive the 2024 Final Dividend in HK$, such dividend will be paid to you at HK1.93 cents per share.
如 阁下选择以港元收取2024年度末期股息，有关股息将按每股1.93港仙向 阁下派付。
4. If you wish to receive your 2024 Final Dividend in HK$, you are not required to complete and return this election form.
如 阁下欲以港元收取2024年度末期股息，则无须填写及交回本选择表格。

2. For HKSCC Nominees Limited, please fill in the number of Shares in the relevant box(es) to elect the currency in which you wish to receive your 2024 Final Dividend in respect of such number of Shares stated therein. The 2024 Final Dividend will be paid in
HK$ on the number of Shares on which HKSCC Nominee Limited does not elect to receive the 2024 Final Dividend in any currency. If the number of Shares filled in by HKSCC Nominees Limited in any of the boxes is greater than its registered shareholding,
no valid election will have been made by it and HKSCC Nominees Limited will be deemed to have exercised its election to receive the 2024 Final Dividend in HK$ in respect of all Shares registered in its name.
就香港中央结算（代理人）有限公司，请 阁下在相关方格内填写相应欲以该货币收取2024年末期股息的股份数目。香港中央结算（代理人）有限公司不选择以任一货币收取2024年末期股息的股份数目将以港元派付。如香港中央结算（代理人）
有限公司于任一方格内填写的股份数目较登记在其名下者为多，其将属无效选择及香港中央结算（代理人）有限公司将被视作已选择其名下全部股份欲以港元收取2024年末期股息。
3. If you are minded to elect to receive your 2024 Final Dividend in US$, you should note that (i) you should ensure that you have an appropriate bank account to which the US$ cheques for dividend can be presented for payment; and (ii) there is no
assurance that US$ cheques can be cleared without material handling charges or delay in Hong Kong or that US$ cheques will be honoured for payment upon presentation outside Hong Kong.
倘 阁下拟选择以美元收取2024年度末期股息， 阁下须注意：(i)请确保 阁下持有适当的银行账户以使收取股息的美元支票可兑现；及(ii)概不保证美元支票在香港结算并无重大手续费或不会有所延误，或美元支票能够于香港境外兑现时过户。
4. If you wish your election to be applicable for the 2024 Final Dividend, you must complete this election form and make sure that it is received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt
Road, Hong Kong, not later than 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, 31 July 2025 (“Closing Time”). If no election form is received by the Company’s Share Registrar by the Closing Time, you will receive your 2024 Final Dividend in HK$.
倘 阁下希望 阁下之选择适用于2024年度末期股息， 阁下须填妥本选择表格及确保于2025年7月31日（星期四）下午4时30分（「最后时限」）或之前送达本公司之股份过户登记处卓佳证券登记有限公司（地址为香港夏悫道16号远东金融中心17
楼）。倘选择表格未能于最后时限或之前送达本公司之股份过户登记处，则 阁下将会以港元收取2024年度末期股息。
5. In the case of joint registered holders, ALL joint registered holders must sign. In the case of a corporation, this form must either be executed under its common seal or under the hand of an officer or attorney or other person duly authorized.
倘为联名登记股东，所有联名登记股东均须签署。如为公司股东，本表格必须盖上公司印鉴，或由公司负责人或正式授权代表或其他获授权的人士签署。
6. Compliance by Home Control International Limited with this authorization will discharge it from all liability in connection with the dividend so paid.
倘Home Control International Limited按本授权支付股息，则其毋须就所支付的股息承担任何其他责任。
7. Any alteration made to this election form must be initialed by the person(s) who sign(s) it.
本选择表格上每项更改均须由签署人简签示可。
