1. Reference is made to the announcements of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited dated 28 March 2025 and 27 June 2025 with respect to (i) the distribution of 2024 year-end cash dividend of Renminbi 1.646 (pre-tax) per

10 shares; (ii) the option of dividend distribution in RMB provided to the holders of H shares, and the holders of H shares have the right to choose to receive the year-end dividend of H shares in RMB or HKD in whole (HKSCC

Nominees Limited may choose to receive the year-end dividend in whole or in part); and (iii) the relevant exchange rate, i.e. the RMB central parity published by The People’s Bank of China on the day of the annual general meeting of

2024 of the Bank (27 June 2025).

兹提述中国工商银行股份有限公司日期为2025年3月28日以及2025年6月27日之公告，内容有关(i) 派发每10股人民币1.646元（含税）的2024年末期现金股息，(ii) 为H股股东提供人民币派息币种选择权，H

股股东有权选择全部（香港中央结算（代理人）有限公司可选择全部或部分）以人民币或港币收取H股末期股息，及(iii) 相关折算汇率，即按照本行2024年度股东大会当日（2025年6月27日）中国人民银行公布

的人民币汇率中间价计算。

2. If you are minded to elect to receive the 2024 Final Dividend in Renminbi, you should note that (i) you should ensure that you have an appropriate bank account to which the Renminbi cheques for dividend can be presented for payment;

and (ii) there is no assurance that Renminbi cheques can be cleared without material handling charges or delay in Hong Kong or that Renminbi cheque will be honored for payment upon presentation outside Hong Kong.

倘 阁下拟选择以人民币收取二零二四年末期股息， 阁下须注意：(i) 请确保 阁下拥有适当的银行账户以使收取股息的人民币支票可兑现；及(ii) 概不保证人民币支票在香港结算并无重大手续费或不会有所延误，

3. If this form is not received by Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 29 July 2025, you will receive your 2024 Final Dividend in Hong Kong dollars.
