2. If you are minded to elect to receive the 2024 Final Dividend in Renminbi, you should note that (i) you should ensure that you have an appropriate bank account to which the Renminbi cheques for dividend can be presented for payment;

and (ii) there is no assurance that Renminbi cheques can be cleared without material handling charges or delay in Hong Kong or that Renminbi cheque will be honored for payment upon presentation outside Hong Kong.

倘 阁下拟选择以人民币收取二零二四年度末期股息，阁下须注意：(i)请确保 阁下拥有适当的银行账户以使收取股息的人民币支票可兑现；及(ii)概不保证人民币支票在香港结算并无重大手续费或不会有所延误，或人

3. If this form is not received by Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, 28 July 2025, you will receive your 2024 Final Dividend in Hong Kong Dollars.

倘本表格未能于2025年7月28日（星期一）下午4时30分前送达香港中央证券登记有限公司，则 阁下将会以港币收取二零二四年度末期股息。
